PsyWeb Communicology was set up some time ago in an attempt to help small businesses with their ICT, Internet, computer and software needs. Being a small business ourselves, we noticed a distinct lack of service in our surrounding area for people who wanted to grow, but couldn't, simply because of financial obligations and a general lack of trust in the world wide web. We chose to grow ourselves by helping other people grow with us and, as most businesses have discovered, the web is getting better and better at providing people with the services their business deserves. But we didn't want to stop at the web! These days, any one with a PC can design a website, and although a lot of them don't come off looking pristine, they do their job. However, although getting on the internet is easy enough these days, staying there and being noticed is a completely different story! What we aimed for is the full package, but to keep things costing what a small business could afford.Then, as our customers' business grew, we would grow with them, being able to offer a better and equally cost-effective solution. With this in mind,we started to set up a way of helping any business, large or small, improve the communication between them and their customers, using the internet, telephones, print and any else we could think of!
Through some hard work and a few referrals along we way, we are now able to offer our existing customers up-to-the-minute communication and also develop ourselves with them.
