CRM : What’s in it for you ?

Julie McKeown is a Chartered Marketer and Associate of the Worcester Business School.  She runs her own small marketing consultancy working with small and medium businesses.  She also lectures widely on marketing strategy and CRM.  In her view CRM is a culture that the whole company needs to have at its core if it is to work properly. This includes a real care for the customer - as she terms it 'business altruism'. Putting customers before profits can actually mean a higher return.
