WMITA Shropshire Hold Hugely Successful Unplugged Relaunch, Debating Open Source...
WMITA Shropshire held their relaunched Unplugged Format in a new venue and a new format. The new style was based around "This house believes" which debated "Is Open Source winning...." Branch Chairman, Ed Bedell, was very pleased with turnout and positive feedback - and the pies were excellent too...!!

Joint Shropshire UKITA Event Huge success.....
For the first time Shropshire UKITA held a joint talk evening with Creative Shropshire at Harper Adams on 19th October at 6.30pm. Informal talks with lots of networking created a very buzzy evening with around 35 attendees present. A great staff to a very synergistic realtionship for the future. We even had the world Mind Mapping Champion....

Shropshire UKITA runs very successful Prince2/Agile Event
Shropshire Branch of UKITA ran a very lively and well attended "UnpluggedPlus" event on Prince2 and Agile Project Methods in association with Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology. This was held on the 5th September at 6.30pm. This is only the second "UnpluggedPlus" event and they are proving to be hugely popular. See photos in the main detail.
