Is This Yahoo's Attempt To Steal A March on Google?

The UK IT Association (UKITA) took notice last week, as many would have done, when Yahoo announced that they have purchased Summly from 17 year old entrepreneur Nick D'Aloisio. Nick himself has done particularly well out of the deal, with Yahoo paying an estimated £20 million in cash and shares for the company which they are now expected to shut down. view more...

The IT sector in the EU is projected to need an extra 900,000 professionals by 2015. It is apparent that more needs to be done to attract skilled workers into the IT industry.
