Company Profile(Public): We work with board members of commercial and industrial enterprises to help ensure that their IT systems support their strategic objectives. We understand technology but we are business men at heart so whilst we quickly grasp clients technical problems we can talk to them in language that they can understand. We are entirely independent so we can provide unbiased advice based on what their business really needs. We make projects work on time and to budget. We have numerous reference sites to back the previous statements up so that our clients can feel confident that we will deliver on our promises.
We see IT as an evolutionary process. A clients IS strategy is a function of their strategic business objectives and their information systems flow from that strategy. The appropriate processes are designed, suitable hardware and software components identified and contracts for these negotiated. The systems then being implemented and subsequently being kept under continuous review. These six activities represent our core service sets. Supporting these capabilities are our specialist services, which can be brought to bear to ensure the smooth running of a clients information systems or to bring them back on track if they have become problematic in any way.
