Hi,

I signed up for UKita Membership back on the 18th June - filling in the relevant form on the web-site, and then receiving an automated e-mail back to say my application was being processed.

Since that time I've had one response to my numerous e-mails enquiring about "what happens next". Unfortunately, said e-mail was infected with a virus and so I couldn't read the contents as it was blocked by my filter! I tried e-mailing the sender at UKita to advise him of the virus problem, but again didn't get a response back.

I've now received an invoice through the post, along with a Direct Debit form, but I'm very concerned that if I'm not able to contact anybody at UKita at this stage, exactly what are the benefits of membership going forwards!

Is this unusual? Would appreciate any advice on how to contact UKita if e-mail is not a viable option, or how to proceed in general.

We have not been notified of any problem from any other source.

Sent an e-mail to [email protected] last night again but got this error (perhaps a temporary issue, but uncertain if my mail got through yet):-

Unfortunately, the other e-mails I've sent to [email protected] and [email protected] didn't get any sort of bounce - so I can only presume they arrived but went unanswered?

Appreciate the confirmation of the contact details - I'll report back on my progress.

Hi Bob,

Have now received an e-mail from Tom with my membership pack.

Would be interested to know where the communication failed before hand though - but appreciate the help moving things forwards.
